Like everyone else we do have some Terms and Conditions, the ‘nitty gritty’. Please do read them before you purchase and get in touch with us if there’s anything you’re concerned about. None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales via our web site or tele sales.
1. Product Specification
Many of our products for sale are genuine Vintage items and will be clearly described as such. It is likely their condition will reflect their age and any significant wear, markings, etc. will be highlighted. Vintage condition is not considered damage or faulty. If you want more details on any product please contact us before purchasing. Other products are new or made-to-order and will be described as such.
We provide approximate dimensions of Ironmongerybut access for delivery to your room of choice is your responsibility. If you need more information on particular items please contact us and we will help as much as possible.
All prices include VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery.
Firmstones accepts payment via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can also use all major credit cards, via PayPal. We’ve chosen to do it this way to offer you the highest level of protection when making a purchase. Pay Pal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. After more than a decade as the leader in online payments, they've learned a thing or two about keeping your information safe.

If you want to know the techy stuff…they verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, they do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.
We post all items within 2-3 days of ordering, via Royal Mail recorded delivery with insurance. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.
All items, large or small can be collected from us in Warwick. Alternatively we will arrange delivery anywhere in the UK through one of our couriers, and will quote prior to purchase if you email us your postcode and details of which item you are interested in.
If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you further for any subsequent deliveries.
If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value. Delivery and postage prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery. We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, please just email us for a quote.
6. Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns of all items except those made-to-order or Vintage. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to return an item. They must be returned within 14 days. Once received back we will refund in full less any delivery charges (unless the goods are faulty or incorrect) within 5 working days. Any return delivery charges will be payable by you. Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning items.
7. Web Site
We make every effort to show every product as accurately as possible but due to limitations and differences between monitors there may be slight colour differences to those displayed.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Any material downloaded or obtained from our website is done so entirely at your own risk.
